IEG is a private holding company, incorporated on 2 October 2025 as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands with limited liability under the Companies Act (As Amended). IEG is operated from Singapore.
IEG was established to carry on the business of an investment company: to subscribe for, hold, deal in and dispose of shares, securities and other property, and to provide managerial, supervisory and consultancy services to companies in which it holds an interest. Its objects under its Memorandum of Association are unrestricted.
IEG is privately held. John Ferguson is its controlling shareholder.
